Spartans do have some quality offensive weapons in QB Milivojevic, RB Edwards and some quality receivers in Bullard and McCray. ND is surely a veteran and dominant team with the most returning production of any other team not to mention Heisman Trophy favorite CJ Carr. But 30 points a bit much to lay here.
