At first glance, the over 3.5 goals might appear to be an attractive option. Further review reveals that the opposite is true. Off a 5-0 loss to Arsenal, Chelsea will be determined to clean up its goals conceded. In its previous match, Chelsea recorded a clean sheet. Aston Villa has only conceded one goal in its last 2 league matches combined. Eight of the past 9 meetings have produced 3 goals or less. The last 3 matches had scores of 1-0, 2-0 and 2-0. Karine "Killer" Silva will take care of her business against fellow Brazilian Ariane Lipski tonight. Lipski has won a few in a row (2 of the 3 coming by decision) but is still only 6-5 in the UFC. Silva has won 8 straight. None of those 8 opponents made it out of the 2nd round. She hasn't lost a fight since 2019! In her last fight, Silva avenged a loss against an opponent who had beaten her many years earlier. It was another first round victory. Now 3-0 in the UFC, Silva is the only female to ever record three consecutive first-round submission victories. She's on another level from Lipski and will prove it to the world tonight! |

NBA | Apr 27, 2024 Celtics vs Heat |
UNDER 204½ -115 |

How about those Miami Heat. Not only were the Heat more competitive in Game 2, they won the game outright. Can they do it again? They sure could but I'm not going to bet on it. Instead, the total is what intrigues me. Did you know that the Heat are 8-2 to the under off an upset win? In order to win, the Heat have to do it with defense. The Celtics are also capable of taking their defense to another level. They are likely to give the Heat a dose of their own medicine tonight. They are 9-7 to the under off an upset loss and 13-9 to the under their last 22 against winning teams. The Celtics are 7-5 to the under their last 12 tries when tied in a playoff series. In same period, the Heat are 6-2 to the under when tied in a series. Go with the Under! |

The Marlins are off to a terrible start and they dropped yesterday's series opener. They're favored for a valid reason this afternoon though and will take advantage of the opportunity for victory. Mitchell Parker has gotten off to a wonderful beginning for Washington. He's still only made 2 major league starts though and his minor league numbers were mostly mediocre. He'll come back down to earth and that should happen this afternoon. Even if Parker pitches well again, he's unlikely to get a whole lot of support. Cabrera struck out 10 in his lone home start, allowing only 1 run in 6 innings. Cabrera is 2-1 with a solid 3.86 ERA in 4 career appearances versus Washington. Miami gets it done with a rare home win! **NL EAST GOM** |

NHL | Apr 28, 2024 Rangers vs Capitals |
OVER 5½ -101 | |
Play Type: Top Premium | ||
The Capitals are very likely done in this series. They know it. They will still put up a good fight but their depleted group of defensemen won't be able to stop the potent Rangers attack. New York has scored 3 or more goals in every game, more than 3 in 2 of the games. The Rangers are deadly on the power-play and they're even dangerous when killing penalties. There may be some extra penalties too, as the Capitals are out for revenge from a big hit that injured one of their players. Washington has yet to get any production from Ovechkin, one of the best goal scorers the game has seen. Don't be surprised when he finally makes an appearance in the boxscore. Also, the Capitals will pull their goalie extra early, should they find themselves trailing. Go with the Over! |

MLB | Apr 28, 2024 Dodgers vs Blue Jays |
Blue Jays -121 at circa |
Won $100 |

The Dodgers blew out the Blue Jays on Friday and proceeded to beat them again on Saturday. Sunday will be a different story! Gausman has been the victim of some recent misfortune. He's been strong in each of his last 2 starts but has nothing to show for it. Two starts ago, he allowed 1 run in 5 innings. Last start, Gausman gave up 0 earned runs (3 unearned) in 6.67 innings. He will have better fortune today. Michael Grove, the Dodgers projected starter, has a 6.00 ERA in 9 appearances but none of those were starts. Before this series, the Blue Jays I.L. record was exemplary. They will not get swept! |

NBA | Apr 28, 2024 Knicks vs 76ers |
Knicks +5 -110 at linepros |
Won $100 |
Play Type: Top Premium | ||
It was a gutsy performance by Embiid and the 76ers to get back in the series with a big win last game. Doing it again will be much harder. Embiid still is far from healthy. The Knicks are 10-6 versus the spread after a loss of 10 points or more, 12 of those were outright victories. On the season, the Knicks were 22-10 straight up and 21-11 versus the spread, when off a loss. This NY team rarely plays consecutive bad games. You saw what happened in the 2nd game at MSG. It was a wild final 30 seconds of a game decided on the final play. This 2nd game at Philadelphia may also be decided at the buzzer. Grab the points! |

Age: 59 Will Rogers believes that there is always value somewhere, and he wants to help you find it. Rogers is here to serve as your personal guide through the world of sports investing. He will help you navigate through both opportunities and pitfalls with the one goal to help you make money. These are some of the many attributes Rogers brings to the table. Success: A proven winner in every walk of life. Vision: A laser-like ability to focus on relevant data. Resources: A team of proven handicappers. A vast network of contacts. Background Rogers has worked hard his entire life and he's achieved success at every level. Five years in university. Five years in research. quantitative analysis. Twenty five years in his second passion of running high-end kitchens. He's rubbed shoulders with the rich and big players. Royalty, sometimes. He's built and motivated kitchen brigades. He's taken the heat and he's delivered the product. Before committing to sports investing full-time Rogers was working as a trouble shooter. He was analyzing and resolving issues in failing workplaces. Rogers' career was intense and pressure-filled but he never stopped loving or following sports. With the advent of the Internet, participating in fantasy pools and investing in sports was a natural progression. Success followed. Achievements In Handicapping Rogers officially turned "pro" in 2013. Since then, he's found success in EVERY sport. Right off the bat, his 2013 NHL season was nothing short of phenomenal. He won 67% of ALL plays (for the season!), going 97-48-4 and finishing +$24,786 in net profit! But many consider his most impressive achievement to date to be his incredible performance in the 2014 NFL playoffs. He was 18-3 overall, showing profits of more than +$13,000, and of course he had the Seahawks in the Super Bowl. Not to be outdone, in 2015, Rogers put together an outstanding College Football regular season (+$13,944).Most recently, NBA was Rogers' biggest MONEY-MAKER! He just finished the (2016-17) season by going 116-67-6 with sides and on an overall 17-7 playoff run (4-1 Finals). For whatever reason, May has ALWAYS been Rogers "time of year." 2016 saw him turn a $25,358 profit for the month. Incredibly, May of '17 was EVEN MORE PROFITABLE at $27,960.But even though NBA is now over, don't expect the profits to stop ROLLING in. Rogers has been *ON FIRE* throughout the first half of the MLB season! Money Management/Rating Of Games Rogers takes a conservative long-term approach to investing on sports. He has seen too many sharp handicappers done in by mismanaging their money. He's not interested in unnecessary risk and/or high volatility. He's confident in his abilities. But, he keeps his wager sizes to a small percentage of his bankroll and consistent. He's content in the knowledge that his long-term strategy will produce profits. A 10* rated play represents 0.5 percent of his bankroll. Systems Used For Handicapping Games Rogers and his team take pride in their day-to-day knowledge about every team on the board. They have a wide variety of proven handicapping techniques in their arsenal. Knowing when to utilize and employ is key. Quite frankly, methods will vary from day-to-day, sport-to-sport and week-to-week. Nothing works forever. An ability to shift on the fly and to adjust to changing market conditions keeps the Rogers' group ahead of the curve. Quote: "Even if you are on the right track, you'll get run over if you just sit there." |
