They are coming off a 115-105 loss in Miami on Saturday and could have a case of the 'Miami flu' after spending the night in South Beach. I don't expect their best effort tonight in Washington. The Rockets play so slow which makes it difficult for them to get margin. They are 16-12 SU but 9-19 ATS in their last 28 games overall. Just three of those 16 wins came by double-digits, so they have been very fortunate in close games. Houston remains without Seven Adams, Jae'Sean Tate and Jabari Smith Jr. (15.5 PPG) as well. They are tied with Montana State in 2nd place. Idaho has been getting way too much respect here down the stretch. The Vandals are 4-7 SU & 4-7 ATS in their last 11 games overall. Their four wins have all come against the bottom 3 teams in the Big Sky beating Northern Arizona twice, Sacramento State and Idaho State. They have really struggled when they have stepped up in class with six of their last seven losses coming by 5 points or more. 20* Clippers/Warriors NBA Late-Night BAILOUT on Los Angeles -1 This line has been adjusted too much for the Clippers playing the 2nd of a back-to-back tonight. But they made easy work of the Pelicans in a 137-117 Sunday. No starter played more than 29 minutes as they were able to rest in the 4th quarter to save up for this game. Kawhi Leonard has played the last three 2nd of back-to-backs so I expect him to play tonight. Darius Garland is expected to make his Clippers debut to give them a boost as well. And the Clippers had a ton of rest heading into this game as they will be playing just their 3rd game in 10 days. The Warriors are a dumpster fire in their current state without Steph Curry, Jimmy Butler and Kristaps Porzingis. I mean it's basically a G-League lineup, and the Lakers treated them that way last time out winning 129-101 at Golden State. Curry is likely to miss another couple weeks, and until he returns the Warriors are a fade. They are just 2-6 ATS in their last eight games overall. Bet the Clippers Monday. |
