Josh Giddey is back healthy and coming off consecutive triple-doubles.  With him leading the show, the Bulls can be competitive.  Tre Jones is also great at running the offense alongside Giddey, plus when he hits the bench.  The Bulls are a much more competent team than they get credit for.

This looks like the letdown spot for the Lakers.  They have gone 3-0 SU & 3-0 ATS in their last three games overall while coming off consecutive huge home wins over the Timberwolves and Knicks.  They have the Nuggets followed by the Rockets on deck, making this the ultimate sandwich spot for them.

The Lakers will be without Marcus Smart and their defense will take a hit as a result.  LeBron James remains questionable.  The Bulls are 6-3 SU & 5-4 ATS in their last nine meetings with the Lakers.  Chicago hasn't lost to Los Angeles by more than 11 points in any of their last 12 meetings.  Bet the Bulls Thursday.
