Three of the Flyers' losses came after regulation, so this team has been closer than its record suggests. Detroit is in no position to lay a price either. The Red Wings have won just once at home, John Gibson carries a .863 save percentage, and their penalty kill is one of the league’s worst. The situational trend also favors the visitors. Detroit has lost seven of its last eight games as a home favorite against Metropolitan Division opponents and has failed to cover the puck line in 13 of its last 14 in that role. The Flyers also beat the Red Wings 5-3 in Detroit late last season. The market is pricing in an extended losing streak, but against a goalie this shaky, Philadelphia’s shooting luck should start to turn. The Bet: Phillies ML (3%). |

Jax has been nails since returning from elbow discomfort in early September, allowing just two runs over his last 20 innings. The Cleveland Guardians counter with Gavin Williams (14-8, 3.76 ERA), whose price is inflated by a dominant ALDS against the White Sox. That run came with a heavy workload, including an emergency relief outing followed by a start on one day of rest. Tampa Bay won five of six meetings this year and outscored Cleveland 20-8. The Rams have still covered three of five, and their offense keeps them in games, as it showed by putting up 45 on the road at UTSA. The Texas State Bobcats haven’t earned this much respect as a heavy favorite. Their only wins came against North Texas and FCS Incarnate Word. Texas State is just 2-3 against the spread, and with every Colorado State game going over the total this season, a high-possession shootout gives the Rams plenty of chances to stay inside this number.
